Where do we deliver to?
We currently deliver to all postcodes within Mainland UK (excluding Highlands and Islands)
How are orders delivered?
We use a courier which will attempt delivery to the delivery address as advised at checkout. (This cannot be amended)
PLEASE NOTE: The delivery will need to be signed for.
If you have alternative instructions, please let us know in the additional information section of the checkout.
What is the cost and timescales of delivery?
The standard delivery charge of £8.99 applies to all purchases under £35. We offer FREE delivery on all purchases over £35. (This option will automatically appear be on the Checkout page when the total is £35+, please ensure you tick the box.) All deliveries are courier class delivery. We will endeavour to prepare and send your order by close of business the Next Working Day, after we have received the order. Therefore please allow 3 working days for delivery before contacting us.
Can I deliver to an address which differs to the billing address?
We certainly offer this, simply input the delivery address as required at the checkout stage.
Should you wish a gift note to be included please let us know in additional notes section and we will sort this for you. If we are advised of a gift note or the delivery is personalised we will not include any receipts or personal information within the box, these will all be emailed to the email address provided (therefore please ensure this is your email address – should be the billing addresses)
Beers & Ciders
What size bottles do you offer?
Both our beers & ciders can be purchased in 500ml standard bottles, we do offer other sizes – these will be available at certain times of the year on our speciality page.
Are your beers and ciders vegetarian?
All of our beers & Ciders are suitable for vegetarians unless otherwise stated.
Do you sell the Corkes range in bottles?
We currently sell the Corkes range on cask only.
